Strawberries Cream Oats (Printable Version)

Creamy oats with juicy strawberries give you a no-fuss, tasty meal first thing. It's easy to prep, takes just a little effort, and delivers big on flavor.

# Ingredients:

→ Base

01 - Just a pinch of salt
02 - A splash of vanilla extract (1/4 teaspoon)
03 - 1 to 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup, your choice
04 - 1 tablespoon chia seeds
05 - A generous dollop (60 g) plain Greek yogurt
06 - 120 ml milk (your favorite, plant or dairy)
07 - 50 g rolled oats, old-fashioned style

→ Strawberry Layer

08 - 1 heaping tablespoon strawberry jam
09 - 110 g fresh strawberries, chopped up

→ Optional Add-ins

10 - Add in a touch of cream if you like
11 - A small handful of white chocolate chips
12 - Scattering of graham cracker crumbs
13 - 1 tablespoon of either chopped pistachios or sliced almonds
14 - 1 tablespoon cream cheese

# Steps:

01 - Give the jar a good shake or a solid stir in the morning. Spoon on extras—maybe more berries, a sprinkle of nuts, or even a little cream. Enjoy straight out of the jar, or dump it into a bowl if you're feeling fancy.
02 - Pop the lid on your jar tight. Stick it in the fridge for at least six hours, or just leave it in overnight. This gives oats and chia a chance to soak everything up.
03 - Now's when you chuck in anything else you want—nuts, cream cheese, graham crumbs, a splash of cream, or some white chocolate chips. Mix those through if you're feeling it.
04 - Spoon in your jam and strawberries, folding them through gently so you don't mash everything. Make sure they're spread around in the mix.
05 - Throw oats, milk, Greek yogurt, chia seeds, honey (or maple syrup), vanilla, and salt into your jar or container. Stir the heck out of it so it all comes together.

# Notes:

01 - Full-fat Greek yogurt really takes the creaminess up a notch. Try prepping a few jars ahead so you can grab one and go for an easy breakfast anytime.
