Strawberry Cheesecake Dump Cake (Printable Version)

Layered dessert with strawberry, cream cheese, and cake mix, baked until golden and deliciously creamy.

# Ingredients:

→ Cake Base and Topping

01 - 1 box (approximately 400 g) vanilla or yellow cake mix
02 - 1/2 cup (115 g) unsalted butter, melted

→ Fruit Layer

03 - 2 cups (300 g) fresh strawberries, hulled and halved
04 - 1 can (595 g) strawberry pie filling

→ Cream Cheese Layer

05 - 225 g cream cheese, softened
06 - 100 g granulated sugar
07 - 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

→ Garnish

08 - Powdered sugar, to serve (optional)

# Steps:

01 - Preheat oven to 175°C. Lightly grease a 23x33 cm baking dish.
02 - Spread strawberry pie filling evenly over the bottom of the prepared baking dish. Arrange fresh strawberries in a single layer over the pie filling.
03 - Combine softened cream cheese, granulated sugar, and vanilla extract in a bowl. Mix until smooth and creamy.
04 - Drop spoonfuls of the cream cheese mixture over the strawberries, then gently spread to create an even layer without mixing into the fruit.
05 - Evenly sprinkle the dry cake mix over the entire surface. Drizzle melted butter over the cake mix, covering as much as possible without leaving dry patches.
06 - Bake for 45–50 minutes, or until the top is golden and the filling is bubbling at the edges.
07 - Allow the dessert to cool for at least 15 minutes. Serve warm or chilled. Dust with powdered sugar before serving if desired.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure the butter is melted fully for even coverage; dry areas may result if not thoroughly drizzled.
