02 - 200 g granulated sugar

→ Mojitos

03 - 120 ml simple syrup
04 - 2 limes, cut into wedges
05 - 20 g fresh mint leaves, packed, plus extra for garnish
06 - 50 g blueberries
07 - 50 g blackberries
08 - 50 g raspberries
09 - 240–310 ml white rum, to taste
10 - raspberry seltzer water, as needed
11 - crushed ice, as needed
12 - fresh berries, for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Combine water and granulated sugar in a small saucepan. Bring to a boil, stirring until sugar dissolves completely. Remove from heat and let cool to room temperature.
02 - Pour 120 ml of cooled simple syrup into a large pitcher. Add lime wedges and mint leaves. Using a muddler or the back of a wooden spoon, gently crush the limes and mint to release their oils and flavor.
03 - Add blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries to the pitcher. Lightly muddle the berries to release their juices. Pour in the white rum and stir to combine.
04 - Fill the pitcher to the brim with raspberry seltzer water. Gently stir to mix.
05 - Half-fill glasses with crushed ice. Pour the mojito mixture over the ice. Garnish each glass with extra mint leaves and assorted berries. Serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Prepare the simple syrup in advance and allow it to reach room temperature before mixing to prevent diluted flavors.
02 - Adjust sweetness by varying the amount of simple syrup to taste.
