Fresh mixed berries and mint served with zesty honey lime dressing, a vibrant treat for picnics or parties.

# Ingredients:

→ Salad Base

01 - 900 g mixed fresh berries (e.g. strawberries hulled and quartered, raspberries, blueberries, blackberries)
02 - 2 tablespoons fresh mint leaves, torn

→ Dressing

03 - 1 teaspoon lime zest
04 - 22 ml fresh lime juice
05 - 30–45 ml honey
06 - 0.5 g fine sea salt

# Steps:

01 - Gently wash and thoroughly dry all berries. If using strawberries, hull and quarter to ensure uniform size. Place all berries and torn mint leaves in a large mixing bowl.
02 - In a separate bowl, whisk together lime zest, fresh lime juice, 30 ml honey, and salt until well combined. Taste and add additional honey if the fruit is not sweet enough.
03 - Drizzle the honey lime dressing over the berries and gently toss to coat. Transfer salad to a serving platter and garnish with additional whole mint leaves if desired. Serve immediately or chill until ready to serve.

# Notes:

01 - For best flavor and texture, serve the salad the same day it is prepared. Store any leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 days.
