# Ingredients:

→ Main Components

01 - 450 grams beef sirloin, cut into bite-sized cubes
02 - 60 milliliters soy sauce
03 - 60 milliliters teriyaki sauce
04 - 28 grams brown sugar
05 - 15 milliliters rice vinegar
06 - 5 grams garlic, minced
07 - 5 grams ginger, minced
08 - 30 milliliters vegetable oil

→ Garnishes

09 - Sliced green onions
10 - Toasted sesame seeds

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, combine soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, brown sugar, rice vinegar, minced garlic, and minced ginger until sugar is dissolved.
02 - Add the beef cubes to the marinade, ensuring they are evenly coated. Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 15 minutes.
03 - Place a large skillet over medium-high heat and pour in the vegetable oil. Allow the oil to heat until it appears shimmering.
04 - Remove beef cubes from marinade, reserving liquid. Arrange beef in a single layer in the hot skillet. Sear for 2–3 minutes per side until deeply browned and cooked to your preferred doneness.
05 - Pour reserved marinade into the skillet and simmer for 2–3 minutes until the sauce reduces and coats the steak bites.
06 - Remove skillet from heat. Garnish steak bites with green onions and sesame seeds before serving.

# Notes:

01 - For optimal flavor, marinate the beef for up to 1 hour if time allows.
