# Ingredients:

01 - 125 grams English cucumber, quartered lengthwise and sliced
02 - 450 grams cherry tomatoes, halved
03 - 1 large avocado, diced

→ Dairy

04 - 225 grams fresh mozzarella pearls or 125 grams diced fresh mozzarella

→ Herbs

05 - 15 grams fresh basil, chopped

→ Dressings and Condiments

06 - 45 milliliters extra virgin olive oil
07 - 15 milliliters balsamic vinegar
08 - 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
09 - 2.5 grams fine sea salt (adjust to taste)
10 - 1 gram freshly cracked black pepper

# Steps:

01 - In a large bowl, mix the cucumber, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, avocado, and basil until evenly distributed.
02 - In a small bowl, whisk together the extra virgin olive oil, balsamic vinegar, minced garlic, sea salt, and black pepper until fully emulsified.
03 - Just prior to serving, pour the dressing over the salad and toss gently to coat all ingredients evenly. Serve immediately to maintain freshness.
