13 - 5 grams steak seasoning blend

→ Garlic Butter Sauce

14 - 28 grams European-style butter
15 - 4 grams fresh minced garlic
16 - 1 gram dried parsley

# Steps:

01 - Peel and cut potatoes into uniform 2 cm cubes to ensure even cooking and optimal crispiness.
02 - In a large bowl, toss potato cubes with olive oil, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, paprika, and dried parsley until each piece is evenly coated.
03 - Arrange potatoes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 20 minutes, shaking the basket every 7 minutes to facilitate even browning.
04 - While potatoes cook, cut strip steak into 2.5 cm cubes. Drizzle with olive oil and season with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and steak seasoning; rub to coat all sides.
05 - Remove potatoes and set aside. Place steak cubes in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 200°C for 7 minutes to achieve medium doneness with a seared exterior.
06 - Melt butter gently on low heat, then stir in minced garlic and dried parsley. Keep warm to infuse flavors without browning the garlic.
07 - Transfer potatoes to a serving platter, layer steak bites on top, and drizzle generously with the garlic butter sauce. Serve immediately for best texture and flavor.

# Notes:

01 - Let steak bites rest for two minutes before adding garlic butter to retain juiciness.
02 - Cutting potatoes into uniform cubes is essential for even crisping in the air fryer.
03 - Keep garlic butter sauce warm on low heat to prevent garlic from burning and to release aroma.
