In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.

Season beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool completely.

Once cooled, fold shredded cheddar or mozzarella into the beef mixture ensuring even distribution.

Flatten each dough piece into approximately 10 cm diameter circles on a clean surface.

Place 15 to 30 milliliters of cooled filling in the center of each dough circle. Pinch edges tightly to seal and shape into smooth balls.

Place filled dough balls seam side down on parchment-lined baking sheets, spaced evenly. Mix melted butter with minced garlic, then brush generously over each ball. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.

Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake dough balls for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch.

Brush hot buns with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauces.
