# Ingredients:

01 - 450 grams ground beef (80-85% lean)
02 - 1 teaspoon salt
03 - 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
04 - 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
05 - 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
06 - 15 milliliters Worcestershire sauce (low sugar)

→ Cheese

07 - 120 grams shredded sharp cheddar or mozzarella cheese
08 - 30 grams freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ Dough and Topping

09 - 450 grams refrigerated biscuit or pizza dough
10 - 45 grams unsalted butter, melted
11 - 1 teaspoon minced garlic or garlic powder

→ Garnish

12 - 15 grams fresh parsley, chopped (optional)

# Steps:

01 - In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef until browned and no pink remains. Drain excess fat.
02 - Season beef with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, and Worcestershire sauce. Remove from heat and let cool completely.
03 - Once cooled, fold shredded cheddar or mozzarella into the beef mixture ensuring even distribution.
04 - Flatten each dough piece into approximately 10 cm diameter circles on a clean surface.
05 - Place 15 to 30 milliliters of cooled filling in the center of each dough circle. Pinch edges tightly to seal and shape into smooth balls.
06 - Place filled dough balls seam side down on parchment-lined baking sheets, spaced evenly. Mix melted butter with minced garlic, then brush generously over each ball. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.
07 - Preheat oven to 190°C. Bake dough balls for 15 to 18 minutes until golden brown and springy to touch.
08 - Brush hot buns with any remaining garlic butter. Garnish with chopped parsley if desired. Serve warm with preferred dipping sauces.
