Best Green Smoothie Blend (Printable Version)

Vibrant smoothie with leafy greens, tropical fruit, coconut milk, flax, and chia for a quick energizing blend.

# Ingredients:

01 - 120 ml pineapple, cut into 2.5 cm pieces
02 - 1 medium banana, sliced
03 - 120 ml unsweetened coconut milk
04 - 1 tablespoon ground flax seeds
05 - 60 g spinach leaves
06 - 0.5 teaspoon chia seeds

# Steps:

01 - Place pineapple, banana, coconut milk, ground flax seeds, spinach leaves, and chia seeds in a blender.
02 - Blend on high speed until the mixture is completely smooth, approximately 60 seconds.
03 - Divide evenly between two glasses and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - For advance preparation, portion all ingredients except coconut milk into freezer bags and freeze for up to 1 month. When ready to serve, transfer frozen contents to a blender and add coconut milk before blending.
02 - Kale or microgreens can be substituted for spinach, and almond milk or regular milk may replace coconut milk as desired.
