Fudgy brownie base layered with cream cheese whip and chocolate, served cold for a sweet finish.

# Ingredients:

→ Brownie Layer

01 - 1 box brownie mix, prepared according to package instructions with required oil, eggs, and water

→ Cream Cheese Whipped Filling

02 - 225 grams cream cheese, softened
03 - 120 grams powdered sugar
04 - 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
05 - 480 millilitres heavy whipping cream, chilled

→ Topping

06 - 90 grams chocolate chips or chocolate frosting
07 - Optional: chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or cocoa powder for garnish

# Steps:

01 - Prepare the brownie mix as directed on the packaging, combining with specified oil, eggs, and water. Pour mixture into a greased 23 x 33 cm baking pan and bake according to package time. Cool completely before proceeding.
02 - In a large mixing bowl, beat softened cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy.
03 - In a separate chilled bowl, whip heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
04 - Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture until homogeneous and light.
05 - With a long serrated knife, carefully slice the cooled brownie horizontally into two even layers.
06 - Place the bottom brownie layer back into the pan. Spread half of the cream cheese filling evenly over the base. Add the second brownie layer and top with the remaining cream mixture, smoothing the surface.
07 - Melt chocolate chips gently until smooth or use chocolate frosting. Spread or drizzle over the cream layer. Garnish with chocolate shavings, sprinkles, or cocoa powder as desired.
08 - Cover and refrigerate for a minimum of 4 hours or overnight. Slice using a sharp knife and serve chilled.

# Notes:

01 - Ensure that the brownie base is completely cool before slicing to prevent crumbling.
02 - Allowing the assembled cake to chill adequately enhances both texture and flavour.
