01 -
Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it for easy cleanup.
02 -
In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef until crumbly and fully cooked, stirring frequently. Drain excess fat. Stir in crumbled cooked bacon, ketchup, mustard, and shredded cheddar. Mix until cheese is slightly melted and filling is thick and well combined.
03 -
Unroll the crescent dough onto a lightly floured surface. Press seams together and cut into rectangles approximately 5 cm by 7.5 cm, ensuring uniform size for even baking.
04 -
Place a generous spoonful of beef mixture in the center of each dough rectangle. Fold sides gently over filling, then roll up tightly with seam side down to seal.
05 -
Combine the melted butter with minced garlic and chopped parsley, stirring until herbs are evenly distributed to infuse flavor.
06 -
Brush the garlic butter liberally over each rollup, including inside edges and outside surfaces. Arrange seam side down on the prepared baking sheet, spacing them apart to allow for rising.
07 -
Bake in the preheated oven for 12 to 15 minutes, until rollups have puffed and developed a deep golden color on top.
08 -
Remove rollups from the oven and let cool for 2 to 3 minutes. Serve warm with extra ketchup and mustard for dipping.
