02 - 2 tbsp olive oil
03 - 1 tbsp soy sauce
04 - 1 tbsp lemon juice
05 - 2 tsp smoked paprika
06 - 1 tsp garlic powder
07 - 1 tsp onion powder
08 - 1/2 tsp salt
09 - 1/2 tsp black pepper

→ For the Creamy Garlic Sauce

10 - 3 tbsp butter
11 - 4 garlic cloves, minced
12 - 1 cup heavy cream
13 - 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
14 - 1 tsp Dijon mustard (optional)
15 - Salt and pepper to taste
16 - Fresh chopped parsley for garnish

# Steps:

01 - In a bowl, combine olive oil, soy sauce, lemon juice, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Add chicken and mix well. Marinate for 30 minutes or up to 12 hours.
02 - Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat. Add garlic and cook for 1–2 minutes until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream and bring to a low simmer.
03 - Add Parmesan and Dijon mustard to the cream. Stir until smooth and slightly thickened. Season with salt and pepper. Keep warm.
04 - Heat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Lightly oil the surface. Grill chicken pieces for 3–4 minutes per side until nicely charred and cooked through.
05 - Transfer chicken to a serving dish. Drizzle with warm garlic cream sauce. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.

# Notes:

01 - Marinating chicken longer enhances the flavor; overnight is recommended if time allows.
02 - Freshly grated Parmesan yields better texture and flavor compared to pre-packaged cheese.
