Tender chicken breasts with a golden parmesan crust and melted cheese, perfect for a comforting meal.

# Ingredients:

→ Chicken

01 - 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, pounded evenly

→ Breading

02 - 120 g all-purpose flour
03 - 2 large eggs, whisked with 30 ml milk
04 - 120 g seasoned bread crumbs
05 - 60 g freshly grated Parmesan cheese

→ Topping

06 - 100 g shredded mozzarella cheese
07 - 2 cloves garlic, minced

→ Cooking

08 - 30 ml olive oil

# Steps:

01 - Preheat the oven to 190°C (375°F) and lightly oil a baking dish.
02 - Arrange three separate dishes: one with flour, one with the egg and milk mixture, and one with the bread crumb and Parmesan mixture.
03 - Dredge each chicken breast in flour, dip into the egg wash, then coat thoroughly with the bread crumb and Parmesan mixture.
04 - Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sear each chicken breast for 3 to 4 minutes per side until golden brown.
05 - Place the seared chicken in the prepared baking dish, top with shredded mozzarella and sprinkle minced garlic evenly.
06 - Bake for 20 to 25 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and the internal temperature reaches 74°C (165°F).
07 - Let the chicken rest for a few minutes to lock in the juices before serving.

# Notes:

01 - Use freshly grated Parmesan for optimal flavor and melting. Pounding chicken breasts ensures even cooking. Tent with foil if cheese browns too quickly during baking. Reheat in oven to preserve crispiness.
