In a mixing bowl, add pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, kosher salt, and heavy whipping cream.

Using a hand mixer, blend on medium-low speed until the mixture begins to thicken. Increase to medium speed and continue mixing until cold foam is thick but remains pourable.

Pour cold brew or iced coffee over ice, then top with pumpkin cold foam. Optionally, sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top before serving.

Store any leftover cold foam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir gently before each use.
