# Ingredients:

01 - 240 ml heavy whipping cream
02 - 150 ml sweetened condensed milk
03 - 15 ml vanilla extract
04 - 61 g pumpkin puree
05 - 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
06 - 0.25 teaspoon kosher salt

# Steps:

01 - In a mixing bowl, add pumpkin puree, sweetened condensed milk, vanilla extract, pumpkin pie spice, kosher salt, and heavy whipping cream.
02 - Using a hand mixer, blend on medium-low speed until the mixture begins to thicken. Increase to medium speed and continue mixing until cold foam is thick but remains pourable.
03 - Pour cold brew or iced coffee over ice, then top with pumpkin cold foam. Optionally, sprinkle pumpkin pie spice on top before serving.
04 - Store any leftover cold foam in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to one week. Stir gently before each use.
